Lexly is the leading legal tech company in Sweden. Our philosophy is simple – we believe in making law accessible to everyone. We are expanding and are now looking for a paralegal with a strong interest in customer relations for our office in central Stockholm.

Role Description

As a paralegal at Lexly, you will be our face to the outside world, and your main task will be to take responsibility for the customers' first contact with us. You will receive incoming calls where you will answer general legal questions, guide customers through our digital contract flows, and schedule meetings with our lawyers – all with world-class customer service! In addition, you will assist our lawyers with legal research and write articles for our marketing department.

You will belong to Legal Operations, but you will also have colleagues working with IT development, sales, product development, and our partners.

• Have an interest in assisting senior lawyers in their work with longer processes

• Be solution-oriented and have a good ability to work independently

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, have good prioritization skills, and be able to shift focus quickly

• Be a team player who finds it easy to create and maintain relationships

Qualifications

• Swedish paralegal education

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
